Packaging

Persuant to the values we promote in our educational flying display talks at the Scottish Owl Centre, with respect towards the environment, we want to try to keep our packaging as eco-friendly and recyclable as far as possible. Therefore, we often re-cycle and re-use suitable packing boxes, use recyclable brown paper wrap and seal our packages with recycled tape wherever we can!

Postage

Our postage costs are calculated by parcel weight. Our chosen mail carrier is Royal Mail, for both delivery within the UK and International delivery. Customers, please note, that Tracking is an additional service provided by Royal Mail and isn’t included within their standard delivery. We are currently able to provide shipping to the UK & Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia & NZ and various countries within Europe.

Returns

Any returns can be sent to ‘Scottish Owl Centre, Polkemmet Country Park, Whitburn, West Lothian, EH47 0AD.’ Returns will be accepted up to 28 days after purchase, with full refunds given where the item remains in its original condition and preferably in its original box (where possible.) Any items that are non-returnable will have a note identifying them in their product description on our shop website.
